Long ago in the early millennium, our mental institution was established as a more humane solution to current treatments for the insane. During this time, competitions looniest fighters wandered aimlessly around the internet and would often show up on the edge of web rings and frequently visited other sites in the middle of the night. With the computing power of many of today's processors, inflicted webmasters could be sent to Crazy Comps.

Recognizing the need, The Wardens called for the construction of the web based asylum for the insane in 2004. Soon afterwards, a site was secured but due to local building codes for the project, the institution was put on hold until 2007 when it was completed. However, construction of the institution was finished just in time to help those most in need.

Immediately, The Wardens starting working on the most rampant cases. As the facility grew, so did the capacity and soon there were many striving to be main streamed back onto the internet.
